  • A study of the safety and efficacy of subcutaneous C1INH for prophylactic treatment of HAE attacks
  • A study of the safety and efficacy of an oral kallikrein inhibitor for prophylactic treatment of HAE attacks
  •  A study of the safety and efficacy of an oral kallikrein inhibitor for prophylactic treatment of HAE attacks
  • A study of blood samples from individuals with HAE-C1INH deficiency to determine why mutant C1INH proteins inhibit normal C1INH protein activity
  • A study of blood samples to develop and refine laboratory tests that will improve accurate diagnosis of bradykinin-mediated angioedema
